I design patterns that are inspired by flora, fauna, antiques and science. I love to explore texture, mark-making and mono printing as part of my process. A sumi brush pen and velum paper are my go-to tools. Most of my patterns start out hand drawn then I digitally refine them and create a repeat. I tend to work with palettes found in nature or vintage children's books.
